Operator's Notes is the working journal of Olu Olusanya — a London-based founder-operator who designs, builds, secures and runs five software products alone: CitiesTroves, Bowsea, CareDocks, Authentifactor and Clarity Conduct. Every note starts from something that actually happened in production: an audit question that had no good answer online, an outage that never raised an alert, a control that had to hold with no team behind it.
The notes are deliberately practical. Each one answers a question a solo operator or small vendor actually types into a search bar, includes a real artifact — a scope statement, a monitoring setup, a questionnaire answer sheet — and says plainly what worked and what didn't. No listicles, no padding, no advice I haven't had to live with myself.
