01 — About
I'm Olu — a London-based founder and cybersecurity solution architect (GRC) shipping ventures across travel, careers, healthcare, commerce, and marketing. I run a portfolio, not a pipeline: five live products in production, all built with a small AI-augmented stack instead of a hired team.
Most of my work is operator-grade software for sectors that haven't been served well — African travel infrastructure, family caregiving, executive search, multi-tenant commerce. Underneath it sits a security architect's discipline: governance, risk and compliance, network design, and infrastructure that holds up under audit as well as under load.
Off the portfolio, I build industry partnerships that move STEM graduates into real careers — work recognised with the 2026 Glocal Engagement Award.

Selected milestones
Vetted by Anthropic as a build partner. Every product in the portfolio now ships agent-first — Claude as the engine room, not a wrapper — cutting build cycles from quarters to weeks.
Turned a working career platform into an executive search brand and opened its first revenue line — live Stripe billing, a three-tier paid CV Studio, and branded transactional email, shipped in a single 42-day push.
Built the trust layer African travel was missing: a serviced-apartment marketplace where every host carries a verified crest, backed by hardened auth and a production booking flow across seven cities.
Inherited a stalled clinical SaaS and reshipped it as a family caregiving network — automated CI/CD deploys and a growing test suite, while preserving the enterprise asset underneath for its right window.
Google Cloud infrastructure that scales to zero when idle — enterprise-grade delivery across travel, careers, healthcare, commerce, and marketing at a fraction of the cost of a hired team.

04 — Engagements
Two engagements at a time, by design. Every one gets the person who builds — no layers, no handoffs.
Zero-to-one builds and rescues of stalled roadmaps. Scope agreed up front, shipped in weekly increments, handed over with documentation — the same standard my own five products run on.
Best for · Founders pre-product-market-fit · operators with a roadmap that stopped moving
Fixed scope · weekly shipped increments
Agents, automation pipelines, and internal tooling designed by an Anthropic build partner who runs these systems in production — not a wrapper around an API key.
Best for · Teams betting on AI that need it built properly the first time
Build or retainer · production-grade from day one
Security architecture reviews, governance, risk and compliance readiness, and network design — the audit-grade discipline that sits underneath everything I ship.
Best for · Teams facing an audit, a client security questionnaire, or an infrastructure decision
Assessment · architecture review · advisory retainer

05 — How I work
If it doesn’t change how the business runs — revenue earned, hours saved, risk retired — it doesn’t ship. Demos that only look good in a deck don’t count.
A missed deadline is recoverable; the second-best version compounds forever. I ship the version I’d stake my own company on — because five times over, I have.
One senior operator with a modern AI stack outbuilds a hired team. The leverage is automated. The judgment — and the accountability — never are.
06 — Questions
Two. That is the whole model — every engagement gets the person who builds, not a diluted slice of him. When both slots are full, the booking page says so and you can join the queue for the next quarter.
I do. There are no juniors, subcontractors, or account managers. I work with a heavily automated AI-augmented stack, which is how one senior operator delivers at team pace — but every decision, line of review, and deliverable carries my name.
Product builds are fixed-scope, fixed-price — you know the number before we start. AI systems run as a build or a monthly retainer. Security and GRC work is priced per assessment or as an advisory retainer. Every price is in the written proposal, and the proposal arrives within 48 hours of the intro call.
You own everything: code, infrastructure, credentials, documentation, and a runbook. Nothing is held hostage. Most clients keep a light retainer for iteration, but it is optional by design — the handover is built so you can walk away clean.
I will tell you on the intro call, and where I can, point you to someone who is. Two-slot capacity only works if both slots are engagements I can genuinely deliver — saying no fast protects both of us.
07 — Start a conversation
Best for: founders pre-product-market-fit, operators with a stalled roadmap, teams needing GRC, cybersecurity or network architecture done properly, and investors needing a technical second opinion.
