About
Olu Olusanya
Founder-operator & cybersecurity solution architect (GRC) · London
I'm Olu Olusanya, a London-based founder and operator. I design, build and run digital products end to end — the engineering, the infrastructure and the security and compliance work that most teams treat as someone else's job.
I currently run five products: CitiesTroves (serviced-apartment booking for African markets), Bowsea (a career platform for graduates, professionals and career movers), CareDocks (family and community caregiving), Authentifactor (multi-tenant commerce) and Clarity Conduct (a digital agency). One person, real production systems, real users — which is why I write about what running software alone actually involves.
My security background is governance, risk and compliance: ISO 27001, security architecture, and the practical business of being a small vendor that big customers can trust. I hold the Glocal Engagement Award 2026 from the University of East London.
I take on a small number of engagements: product builds, AI and agent systems, and security consultancy. The write-ups live in Operator's Notes, the case studies in Work.
